Purpose of the Website
The purpose of this website is to present for the purpose of selling the PINCLUSIVE kits distributed by the association, as part of its charitable mission.
Revenues generated through sales are used to fund the association’s projects and activities.

The name PINCLUSIVE™, its logo, and the associated visual identity are protected.
All rights reserved.
Any open-source licenses referenced on this website and its installation and user manuals, including the Apache License, Version 2.0, apply exclusively to the corresponding software and do not grant any rights to use the PINCLUSIVE™ name, logo, trademark, or visual identity.
All intellectual property rights relating to the PINCLUSIVE project, including in particular the name, the logo, hardware designs, software developments (firmware, configuration interfaces),
as well as all documentation, installation manuals, and user manuals, remain the exclusive property of their author: Nicolas FIERS.
The PINCLUSIVE project was designed and developed exclusively by Nicolas FIERS, without any external contributions to date, except for open-source components integrated in compliance with their respective licenses, notably the BlueRetro project, distributed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.
The Retroplay44 association is granted a free, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the above-mentioned elements, strictly limited to the fulfillment of its non-profit mission.
Specifically, the Retroplay44 association is granted an exclusive right to commercially distribute the PINCLUSIVE product within the scope of its associative activities.
The presence of the wording “By Retroplay” in the logo, on the product, or on any communication materials does not constitute any transfer of intellectual property rights
to the Retroplay44 association.
The author reserves the right to terminate, at any time, the rights of use and commercial exploitation granted to the Retroplay44 association, by written and reasoned decision,
notably in the event of a change in the project’s orientation, cessation of commercialization,
or divergence from the project’s original purpose.
The termination of these rights of use and exploitation shall take effect after a reasonable notice period and shall not give rise to any compensation.
The rights of use and exploitation granted to the Retroplay44 association shall automatically terminate in the event of the dissolution of the association.
Liability
The association strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot be held liable for:
- Errors or omissions
- Temporary unavailability of the website
- Any misuse of the information or products provided
